Felix Badcock

It is with regret that we pass on the news that Felix Badcock, a vice-president of the Club, died on 11 January 2015.

Felix had a long and successful career with Thames, representing the Club in the Grand and Stewards at Henley. In 1958 his crew were medallists at the Commonwealth Games, representing England.

As well as captaining the Club, he was an international selector and in recent years a coach, veteran oarsman and president at Stratford-on-Avon Boat Club. He remained an assiduous and supportive VP at Thames.
