Thames triumphs at Invesco City Regatta

Thames Rowing Club won both the men’s and women’s events at the recent Invesco Perpetual City Regatta, a celebration of indoor rowing held at Canary Wharf.

The women won the 1km challenge by just two seconds over the University of London Boat Club while the men put a seven-second margin between them and fellow finalists Warwick Boat Club.

Both teams now go to a national final later this year against the winners of the Bristol, Edinburgh and Leeds editions of the event.
