• Joined Thames in 2017

• Helped coach the Thames elite lightweight pair to victory at Henley Women’s Regatta in 2017, winning the Bremont Award for Outstanding Performance

• Has coached a total of five crews to HWR wins as well as pennant wins at all the major head races

• Previously coached at clubs including Imperial College and Vesta RC

• Also coached several women’s crews through to Henley Royal Regatta
